Holly Darnell is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and has been in practice for 8 years. She has a passion and love for fostering healthy relationships with food and cultivating community around the table. Holly provides 1:1 medical nutrition therapy with a non-diet approach. She practices from a weight-neutral approach and health at every size (HAES). Holly creates a welcoming space for clients to be honest and open in their health journey, meeting them with expertise, encouragement, and support.
She earned a Bachelor of Science at Mississippi State University in 2009 and completed her dietetic internship program at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in 2010. Growing up in Franklin, TN, she has always had a love for her community and a desire to support others. Holly specializes in working with clients with GI disorders and is working towards becoming an Integrative and Functional Nutrition Practitioner.
Holly also provides locally-sourced catering, dinner parties and hosting healthy events throughout Nashville.. She specializes in gluten-free and dairy-free cooking and loves being creative in the kitchen. She enjoys collaborating with local businesses within her community to encourage a body positive, weight neutral movement in Nashville.
