How do I get my meals?

Meals are delivered each week with the option of 2 or 4 servings per meal. We provide the entire meal fully prepared for you. You can choose from a meat or vegetarian option and can order meals from week to week or have a monthly subscription. If ordering on a weekly basis, orders need to be placed by midnight Friday. Orders placed after 12PM will be en route for delivery the week after.

Are your meals gluten free?

Yes. All meals are gluten-free. Each meal is also Whole30/Paleo centered. If you have any other allergies [eggs, honey, etc.] please list the specifics when placing an order in the special instruction box and we are happy to custom tailor the recipes to your needs.


How do I order?

Click on our "Shop" tab and it will direct you to our marketplace to purchase meals. Choose 2 or 4 servings and then head to the shopping cart at the top right of our site to checkout. At the checkout proceed to chose your preferred delivery method: "home delivery" or "pickup."  

Since we know lives are hectic and not all weeks are the same, Golden Roots allows you to order on a week to week or monthly basis. You are never "locked in" for the following week unless you choose to purchase the following week.

Meals will be delivered on Monday or Tuesday of the following week. Deliveries to Green Hills / West Nashville / Midtown are made on Mondays between 3:30-6:30PM. Deliveries to East Nashville / Downtown / Franklin are made on Tuesdays from 3:30-6:30PM.  

We also have pickup locations available: 

GetFit615, which is located in Midtown on 65 Music Square E, Nashville, TN 37203. Pickup is available M/T from 3:30-6:30PM.


How do I know what's on next week's menu?

You can subscribe to our weekly emails to find out what's on the menu for the upcoming week.  Emails are sent out every Wednesday to let you know what is coming your way.
